This 45-minute prenatal and postpartum-friendly class is open to moms in every season of motherhood. Babies of all ages and stages are welcome — whether they’re snuggling on a blanket, nursing, toddling around, or playing nearby. We create a relaxed, judgment-free space where you can move your body while your little one simply gets to be a baby.
This class will benefit Mothers Helping Mothers, a local nonprofit dedicated to supporting families in need throughout our community. Your donation — whatever you feel called to give — will go directly toward helping local mothers and children access essential resources.

Kids of all ages are welcome! We’ve had babies as little as five weeks, and as old as five years. All are welcome!

Classes generally run about 45 minutes. We’re all moms, don’t worry if you’re running late. Just come in, find a spot, and join us!

This is a safe space for you to be a mama and your baby to be a baby! We often see babies and toddlers running around, playing, laughing, talking, and making new friends.

Absolutely! Many mamas nurse right on their mat during our classes. If you’re joining us at Aleur, there’s also a lounge area inside the space for anyone who would like a more comfortable place to nurse.
