Yoga Mat
Anything you need to make yourself / littles comfortable (optional suggestions: blankets / play mats for babies during mat work, baby carrier for standing portion of exercise). You’re also welcome to bring your infant car seat inside. Stroller parking will be available in a designed area upon arrival.
