Community Day
Held the last Saturday of each month at Payne Park in Sarasota - it’s a pay-what-you-can class and a great way to try out pilates, meet new mamas, and socialize afterwards.

Thursdays @ Aleur
Every week, we get together at a safe, luxury space to prioritize our health and allow our babies to be babies together. Classes can be booked and paid for online.

Mom Chat
Join our Mom Chat on WhatsApp. A judgement-free zone of over 150 local moms to ask questions, get advice, make plans, and be part of a village.
