Join us for 45 minutes of intentional, feel good Pilates designed for motherhood in every season. This class is prenatal and postpartum friendly, meeting you wherever you are in your journey - whether you’re expecting, newly postpartum, or well into motherhood.
We create a supportive, judgment free environment where you can move your body while your baby is free to be a baby. Whether they’re snuggled on a mat, nursing, playing, or exploring the room, all ages and stages are welcome here.
After class, stay for a relaxed matcha + coffee social to connect with other local moms, build meaningful community, and leave feeling supported (not just sweaty)!
